If you’re looking to clean most surfaces of your home without using harsh chemicals, I have a simple DIY All-Purpose spray that is super easy to whip up, can be customized to whichever scent you’d prefer, and only contains 3 ingredients!! Madness, right?!
Not only is this super easy to make, it costs less than $1 per spray bottle when made, it is an all natural bug spray (including ants and aphids), and is completely safe to use.
So, the magic ingredients? Simple:
- water
- castille soap
- any essential oil you desire!
Take your spray bottle (preferably one that holds 750ml of liquid), add 1tbs of castille soap, and add 10 drops of essential oil. Fill the remainder with filtered water, and voila!
Suggested Oils
- Lemon or Orange for a citrus flavor
- On-Guard® for anti-bacterial properties
- Purify® for a crisp clean scent
- Lavender for a soothing clean scent
- Rosemary for a woodsy disinfecting blend
